Three of Swords and Three of Pentacles

A painful truth and skilled work, held together. The tradition reads this as criticism: the Three of Pentacles is the craftsman being appraised, and the Three of Swords is the appraisal being accurate and hurting. It is one of the few pairings in the deck that is explicitly about feedback.
