• Account data: your name and email address when you register (authentication is handled securely; we never store plaintext passwords).
• Order data, shipping name, address, email, and phone when you place a store order.
• Readings and journal entries: the question you ask, the cards drawn for you, and anything you write in your journal or as notes on a saved reading. These are private to your account unless you explicitly share or publish one.
• Course progress, which lessons you have completed and your answers to lesson practice tasks.
• Automatically collected: basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, and usage, via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To draw and interpret your readings, and to keep the ones you save.
• To process, fulfil, and support store orders.
• To manage your account and keep the service secure.
• To communicate with you about orders and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers we share data with

We share only what is necessary with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Printful: order fulfilment and shipping (receives your shipping details).
• Stripe and PayPal, payment processing. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Google Maps Platform, geocoding your entered place text into coordinates.
• Email provider, sending transactional and support emails.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and to remember your cart. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising

Some pages carry advertising supplied by a third-party network. That network may set its own cookies and process your IP address and browsing activity to select and measure ads. We do not share your account details, readings or journal entries with any advertiser.

Advertising is never shown on readings, your journal, your account or checkout, and it is switched off entirely for anyone with Full Access.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK/EU GDPR and, where applicable, US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@mementoarcana.com.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
