The strongest teamwork card. Recognition of craft, a role where your specific expertise matters. Apprenticeship and mentoring.

Income from skilled work. Being paid properly for competence.

Mastery through practice. Work itself as devotion, the cathedral-building reading.

Working with practitioners as a team. Following a plan built with professionals rather than alone.
