Career & Purpose

Five cards on work: where you stand, what you are good at, what is blocking you, what to do, and what it leads to.

Draw the Career & Purpose spread

Optional, and worth doing. Questions starting with what or how, about you, get far more out of a reading than yes/no or predictive ones.

Changes which part of each card's meaning is surfaced.

Reversals

New to tarot? Turn these off until the upright meanings feel automatic.

How to read the Career & Purpose

Built for the career question that is really a purpose question: should I stay, should I go, is this it.

How to read it: the "hidden strength" position is the one people consistently under-read. It names something you already have and are not using, and it is usually the answer to the obstacle card sitting next to it.

Use it when: you are considering a change, feel stuck, or are trying to decide between two directions. Less useful for narrow tactical questions for those, use Situation/Action/Outcome.
