Eight staves fly through open sky over a green landscape, no people anywhere in the card. It is the only Smith minor with no human figure at all, which is precisely why it reads as pure motion.

Golden Dawn called it Swiftness. The absence of a human subject is unique in the minors and is generally taken as deliberate. The card describes a condition, not a person's situation.
