The Moon rules Cancer, so these two share an attribution and the tradition reads them together: The Chariot is armoured and moving, The High Priestess is still and veiled, and both are protecting something. The pair is about a defended interior, and it is generous about the need for one.

Associated with somebody who is emotionally guarded and outwardly capable, and with the effort that combination costs.
