Wheel of Fortune and Ten of Swords

The turn and the bottom of it. The Ten of Swords is the most theatrical card in the deck, ten blades in a back with the sun already rising behind. Next to the Wheel the tradition reads a cycle completing at its lowest point, and it is emphatic that a wheel at the bottom is a wheel about to come up.

Associated with a definitive ending arriving as part of something larger. Read as final for that chapter and not for the person.

A collapse that is genuinely the end of a phase. Frequently read where the person cannot yet see it that way.

This is the most consoling pairing available for the worst card in the suit, and the consolation is structural rather than sentimental: ten is the end of the count, and the Wheel does not stop.
