The Moon and Two of Swords

The two cards of not being able to see, one imposed and one chosen. The Moon offers a half-lit path and unreliable shapes. The Two of Swords is blindfolded, arms crossed, holding both blades and refusing to choose. Together the tradition reads a genuine lack of information alongside a decision not to look for more.

A stalemate maintained by both people. Associated with situations where nobody is lying and nobody is asking either.

A decision deferred while the picture stays murky, and read as the deferral making the murk worse rather than waiting it out.

The blindfold comes off first. The Moon does not clear on its own, but the tradition is clear that the Two of Swords is the half you control.
