Both Air, and both cards of weighing, which is why the tradition is careful about the difference. The Lovers weigh what is wanted; Justice weighs what is owed. Drawn together they describe a decision where those two answers are not the same.

Associated with a choice between what somebody wants and what they have already committed to. The pair does not decide it and does insist on naming it accurately.

Read for preference against obligation. The pair notes that pretending they agree is the most common way this goes wrong.

Say which one you are choosing. Dressing a want up as a duty, or a duty up as a want, is what makes this unresolvable.
